Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
